Authentic Health began as a result of my being frustrated with the health care system in the United States, knowing there was a better way to maintain or regain one’s health and to achieve wellness.  It is my passion and my purpose to educate others on the possibilities of natural health.  Authentic Health is the concept of wholeness of mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and social aspects of life combined to be balanced, thus obtaining true health and happiness.  Whenever any of these 6 areas are out of balanced, to support  it with natural, God given plants, life choices and  100 % personal responsibility and discipline, and, of course, hope and faith. The mission state of my company is to Help people maintain and restore their health through balancing their life using natural God given plants and methods so they can live their life to the fullest.

Heath care in the United States is broken.  People have given their responsibility for their personal health to doctors and the medical industry, thus giving away their personal power. Prescription medicine and healthcare mistakes is the 3rd leading cause of death now. The pharmaceuticals companies and insurance companies are dictating the amount and quality of time the doctors can spend with their patients and how they should treat, not their diseases, but only their symptoms. For the first time in the history of the water, and the products we use on our bodies. Auto immune diseases have increased over the last 50 years, as well as increased allergies and diseases. Mental illness and childhood mental issues has increased. Most prescription medicines is based on the healing compounds of plants, but synthetics do not work as effectively as the pure highest grade essential oil of natural plants. Stress, pan and inflammation are major issues with many. When I encounter pain, I want it gone right away. Pure essential oils support the physical and mental aspects of health very quickly. I have partnered with doTerra and Prime Meridian Health Clinics who have wellness attitudes such as mine and are making a difference in not only wellness but in the balance of the world.

At  my last appointment with one of my doctors at the University of Utah neurology department, multiple sclerosis center stated “We have rarely seen a case as violent as yours become as well as you have, but we have never seen someone maintain it as long as you have.”  Reflecting on that, I realized that I am not showing my gratitude to God for the journey unless I share this knowledge I have gained with more people than I already am.
